 Established in 1960 by Jack and Mary Ann Leitz. Now Proudly owned and operated by Their Son Troy along with Granddaughter Adrianna.

   We are serving the Oregon and Washington areas with over 64 years of great business. We have kept our company small so that we can focus on our customers satifaction! Our specialties include; Swimming pool decommissioning, Hydraulic rock hammer excavations, Land clearing, Site preparation, Demolition, and Compaction

 
  Our equipment includes 4 Trackhoes from 12,000 lbs. to 60,000 lbs, rubber track loader, and bulldozer. We have many assortments of attachments including buckets from 18 inches wide to 66 inches wide, rock hammers from 800 foot lbs. to 4,500 foot lbs, vibratory plate compactors for all of our excavators, Tilt grading buckets, and an auger capable of drilling hole sizing from 12" to 36". All of our excavators are equipped with hydraulic thumbs for handling brush/stumps/boulders/etc...
